First State Investments is represented in China as First State Cinda, a joint venture with China Cinda Asset Management Corporation. It is the first fund management company held by a state-owned asset management company, and also the first Australian fund management joint venture in China. The joint venture’s head office is located in Shenzhen, China, with a branch office in Beijing.
